These coffees offer a very subtle and refined drinking experience tinged with sweet, citric nuances and berry finish. Medium in acidity and body.

Region

The Central Zone located in the Andean region, between the central and western cordillera, is comprised by the Departments of Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío and Valle del Cauca. This region totals about 371.000 hectares* in coffee. The main crop is harvested between October to January, and the “mitaca” between April and June.
