Profile of Coffee
These coffees are a rare treat of complex aromatics, medium acidity and body. The taste is enchantingly rich and sweet with subtle traces of caramel and dried fruit.

Region

The Central Zone located in the Andean region, between the central and western cordillera, is comprised by the Departments of Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío and Valle del Cauca. This region totals about 371.000 hectares* in coffee. The main crop is harvested between October to January, and the “mitaca” between April and June.
